Shipping

All orders placed before 10:00 am MST will normally ship same day. Any order placed after that time will ship with the next days orders. We do not ship on National Holidays, or weekends, so if you place an order on a holiday or after 10 am on Friday, it will be shipped the following Business day. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please allow up to 3 weeks for international orders to be received, but note that further delays are possible due to customs. USPS first class mail does not provide international tracking, so you may also need to check with your local post office to receive your package. 

Warranty

Arvo offers a limited 1-year warranty of defects in materials and craftsmanship. If you encounter any issues with your watch, Arvo will repair or replace your watch after inspection at our discretion. This warranty excludes everyday wear and tear, such as dropping your watch, exposing it to excessive amounts of water such as swimming or diving, or hitting it on other objects. Arvo batteries have a 2-year warranty. If your watch battery dies Arvo will replace your battery free of charge for you if it falls within the first 2 years of the watch purchase date. If your band breaks within 6 months due to manufacturer defect Arvo will replace the band after inspection. Please note, leather has a natural tendency to fade and discolor if used in high contact areas such as the wrist, therefore Arvo will not replace your band due to fading or discoloring.   

Returns and Exchanges 

You may return or exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange for another watch at the same price. Arvo will pay the domestic return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs outside of incorrect or defective orders. *Please note this does not include international returns. All international returns must be paid by the customer. If you need to return an item due to a defect or incorrect shipment, simply send an email to support@arvowear.com and let us know the reason for you return, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Any watch that has a custom engraving cannot be returned or exchanged. Engraving your watch does NOT void your warranty.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your card or bank statement.
