Shipping, Warranty, and Returns
Shipping, warranty, and returns information for Arvo Wear is outlined below. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have other questions.
Shipping (Arvo Warehouse)
All orders placed before 10:00 am Central Time will normally ship same day, except during store sale events when it may take 5-7 business days. Any order placed after that time will ship with the next days orders. We do not ship on National Holidays, or weekends, so if you place an order on a holiday or after 10 am on Friday, it will be shipped the following Business day.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please allow up to 3 weeks for international orders to be received, but note that further delays are possible due to customs. USPS first class mail does not provide international tracking, so you may also need to check with your local post office to receive your package.
Shipping (Partner Warehouses)
Orders placed at arvowear.com for certain items may be fulfilled by partner companies with which Arvo has a cross-selling relationship. These orders may be shipped from warehouses across the USA, Canada, or other countries. Shipping times should be similar to those from Arvo's warehouse. Arvo Watch Warranty
Arvo offers a limited 1-year warranty of defects in materials and craftsmanship. If you encounter any issues with your watch, Arvo will repair or replace your watch after inspection at our discretion. This warranty excludes everyday wear and tear, such as dropping your watch, exposing it to excessive amounts of water such as swimming or diving, or hitting it on other objects. Engraving your watch does NOT void your warranty.
Arvo Watch Band Warranty
If your band breaks within 6 months due to manufacturer defect Arvo will replace the band after inspection. Please note, leather has a natural tendency to fade and discolor if used in high contact areas such as the wrist, therefore Arvo will not replace your band due to fading or discoloring.
Arvo offers a limited 1-year warranty of defects in materials and craftsmanship. If you encounter any issues with your jewelry ordered from Arvo, we will repair or replace it after inspection and at our discretion. This warranty excludes everyday wear and tear, such as dropping your jewelry, scratches, etc.

Arvo will provide a return label to you if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item due to a defect or incorrect shipment, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reason for your return, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Arvo does accept customer returns of items from orders placed at arvowear.com if the customer is not completely satisfied with the purchase. Please note that the item must be COMPLETELY NEW, meaning the item has not been worn at all. Any watch that has a custom engraving cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is defective.
