Shipping

All orders placed before 10:00 am Central Time will normally ship same day, except during store sale events when it may take 5-7 business days. Any order placed after that time will ship with the next days orders. We do not ship on National Holidays, or weekends, so if you place an order on a holiday or after 10 am on Friday, it will be shipped the following Business day. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please allow up to 3 weeks for international orders to be received, but note that further delays are possible due to customs. USPS first class mail does not provide international tracking, so you may also need to check with your local post office to receive your package. 

Warranty

Arvo offers a limited 1-year warranty of defects in materials and craftsmanship. If you encounter any issues with your watch, Arvo will repair or replace your watch after inspection at our discretion. This warranty excludes everyday wear and tear, such as dropping your watch, exposing it to excessive amounts of water such as swimming or diving, or hitting it on other objects. If your band breaks within 6 months due to manufacturer defect Arvo will replace the band after inspection. Please note, leather has a natural tendency to fade and discolor if used in high contact areas such as the wrist, therefore Arvo will not replace your band due to fading or discoloring.

Arvo will pay the domestic return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item due to a defect or incorrect shipment, simply send an email to support@arvowear.com and let us know the reason for you return, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Any watch that has a custom engraving cannot be returned or exchanged. Engraving your watch does NOT void your warranty.
